Situated just off the newly opened Southern Ring Motorway (N7/N18) the Quality Hotel Limerick project included:
143 Superior Guest Rooms; 26 Two Bedroom Suites; 4 One Bedroom Suites; Underground Car Parking, Contemporary Bar & Restaurant
16 State of the Art Business Meeting Rooms; Health & Fitness Club comprising 22 Metre Swimming Pool; Sauna; Jacuzzi; Steam Room; Fully Equipped Gym; Health & Beauty Treatment Rooms.

The design solution was a reinforced concrete beam and column frame with flat slabs. The basement consisted of reinforced watertight construction. Particular features of this development were the tight construction budget and short programme (11 Month Build).
The project budget was achieved, due in no small way due to the excellent design team, contractors and client relations and active value engineering through the project cycle. Completed in 2006.
